Overview

Aeterna Cloud AI specializes in high-ticket digital consultancy services and custom AWS AI agent deployments. Because all engagements are entirely digital and involve significant proprietary intellectual work, our refund policy reflects the nature of these bespoke professional services.

No Refund on Delivered Services

All sales of consultancy engagements, strategy sessions, AI architecture designs, and deployed AWS AI agents are final upon delivery or commencement of work. Once a project kickoff has occurred or deliverables have been shared, no refunds will be issued.

Pre-Commencement Cancellations

If a client requests cancellation before any work has commenced (typically within 48 hours of purchase and prior to the project kickoff call), a refund may be considered at Aeterna Cloud AI's sole discretion, minus any applicable processing fees.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon scope, please contact us at support@aeternacloudai.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter through revision, credit, or another mutually agreed remedy.
