Aeterna Cloud AI provides digital consultancy services and custom AWS AI agent deployments, including but not limited to: AI strategy consulting, cloud architecture design, machine learning model integration, and managed AI agent solutions. All services are delivered digitally.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization to purchase our services.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase or per the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

  • Client-Specific Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.
  • Aeterna Cloud AI IP: All underlying frameworks, methodologies, proprietary tools, and pre-existing intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Aeterna Cloud AI.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeterna Cloud AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, ROI, or performance results from AI deployments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County/State].
