Digital-Only Services — No Physical Shipping
Aeterna Cloud AI exclusively offers digital services. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All offerings — including consultancy engagements, AI strategy sessions, and custom AWS AI agent deployments — are delivered electronically.
Fulfillment Process
Upon purchase confirmation, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your receipt and next steps within 1 business day.
- A project kickoff scheduling link to arrange your onboarding call, typically within 2–5 business days.
- Deliverables (reports, architecture documents, deployed agent access credentials, etc.) are provided digitally via secure email, shared cloud workspace, or direct AWS environment access, per the agreed project scope and timeline.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by engagement complexity and are outlined in your individual service agreement or statement of work. Typical ranges:
- Strategy Consultations: Delivered within 1–3 business days post-kickoff.
- Custom AWS AI Agent Deployments: Delivered within the project timeline agreed upon at contract signing (typically 2–12 weeks depending on scope).
Access & Credentials
For AWS AI agent deployments, access credentials and environment details are transmitted via encrypted communication. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials post-delivery.
